Heres the Shark Card Prices

I won't be buying cash cards, mainly because there is a limited amount of things to buy.

Most people who have played regularly have the 10 car apartment, various upgraded sports/supercars, heaps of clothes, a tank/buzzard and upgraded guns with plenty of ammo. After acquiring these items what is there left to spend money on? 9K bounties on lvl 4's?

The problem is that GTAO has an ending of sorts, that ending is buying everything you could ever want. Once you have achieved this the game has no objective and the importance of money decreases to a point where it is worthless.

You all blame Rockstar for being greedy, yet which company made people pay for online subscriptions to consoles ?? And which group of gamers didn't say much and took it in the bum? Xbox owners.

Thanks to that little ground breaking group of idiots, we now have industry wide micro transactions, pay 4 play dlc, etc.

Rockstar is capitalizing on something you fools let happen. Can't blame them for that.

There's a reason xbl has a subscription and the psn doesn't. Let's sit back and think, which network is down the most for maintenance and problems? Which network got hacked and completely shut down for a couple of months as well as allowing credit card information to be stolen?

ProTip: It wasn't xbl.

OOOO BURN BITCH!
you have to be stupid to put your credit car on their. Whoa big woop, it was down for a couple months "omg the world is ending" it's still free, keep that in mind.

No sh*t, I already acknowledged that it was free. The whole point of the post was that the xbl subscription (and probably the future premium psn subscription) provide better service than the free one. Apparently that flew right over your head though.

Personally, I can't say Rockstar is being too greedy with things. Are the cards overpriced, surely, but they aren't as bad as some other "non-subscription based" persistent multiplayer games.

I'm a big fan of Warframe, however the pricing system in that game is a joke, GTA's looks inviting compared to it, and thankfully, there aren't microtransaction only purchases that force you into it. You can buy everything in the game via play time.

Will I be purchasing money from R*? No, I will not. However, I will not say they are being greedy, they are simply introducing themselves into the "Free to Play" Market.

GTA 5 is not a MMO. And Rockstar trying to say it is won`t make it so.

It's hard as f*ck to even make at least 50K an hour without any glitching or buying those cards. I'm staying with glitching.

lol no it's not, you can play multiple 12k missions a few times in under an hour.

You can get most kills in 5 TDM games

You can rob 5 armored trucks

You're pathetic lol.

Win Downtown Underground 5 times while racing with 2 other people. (1:30 race) $50k in about half an hour.

Get "Out of Court Settlement" and steal the $22k car. Fail the mission a few times and keep stealing the car and youve got $22k to sell every 48 minutes for the next few hours.

Race. Do Missions. Collect Bounties. Its really easy to make money in the game simply by playing the game.

Really glad someone could correct me without being an ass. Still... it would take a very long time to earn enough money to buy a tank.

I'm not correcting, I'm offering suggestions. But yes, If you can pull 50-100k an hour, thats a lot of grinding for a tank..... which then costs $1000 every time you want it delivered.

Its a lot of time and effort to get that amount of money. Not arguing that.

You mean a better service like how they got hacked and credit card info was stolen and used by criminals in 2007 and 2008? THAT better service??? The one you all paid for for "security" hahahahaha

I guess that flew over your head too.

You tards really need to know your ish before you start running mouth.

Replying to the same content twice to bitch? Someone is ass hurt. I've had xbl since 2004 with no account issues whatsoever and no extended amount of downtime. I've had psn since 2011 and in that time I've had more issues with it than I've had with xbl over a 9 year period.

  • 3 months later...

I bet when gta 2.o hits ps4/xbone there wont be any money glitches ;-)

There will always be money (and other) glitches. It's the nature of software.

But back to the topic - If I'm remembering correctly, the object of the game, (it's called Grand Theft Auto), has alway been to steal money and cars, not to buy money and cars. Just sayin'...

i know I'm bumping an old thread but i have a question...

does that "out of court settlement" trick where you just collect the cars to sell later and fail the mission purposely still work?

don't want to waste my time if it's been patched. I only get like 2 days a week to play video games.
