Yeah it was one of my favorites in GTA IV. Even better now, although my garage is full of cop cars at the moment so I haven't had a chance to mess around with one.

i made mine look like KITT

 

i know the ruiner is more camaro than firebird but it does have semi flipup headlights and the hood upgrade reminds me of a 98-02 trans am WS6. i wish they still had the turbo bulge hood from GTA IV on it though.
