your crew doesn't seem too welcoming when you say no noobs, crews should welcome all GTAV players as we were all newbs at one time, just my opinion, no offence.

I never said you were newbs, I said you should not exclude new players. The crew I am in now helps people new or not and we don't exclude players just because they are new.
