Richards Majestic 51 or Tinsel Towers 29?

Well I figure because the Tinsel Towers one is closer to the ground you will have a better draw distance and see players better. You may not even be able to see players from the 5th floor. You can see cars, etc but its buggy and they disappear a lot/randomly.

I can hardly see any players from Majestic 51, they have to be really close....but the view of everything else is top notch.
