Anyone have an Obey Tailgater on PS3

I want one quite badly and can't seem to find it at all.

The easiest legit way to get one late into multiplayer is to wait for Simeon (was that his name?) to give the list of export cars he wants. If the Obey Tailgater appears in the list, drive to the golf club and there would sometimes be an Obey Tailgater just parked in the parking lot. It won't always spawn the first try, so just drive around somewhere near and give it a chance to spawn. After a few attempts, a Tailgater will spawn.

I'm aware of that, but I've tried looking for it the last 5 times I got this text and it hasn't spawned. Now I'm waiting for the text and I haven't gotten it, its been a week (real life time). It's getting really annoying.

Turn spawn point to last location, and log out in the golf course parking lot. Do the swap characters trick and do it until it spawns in front of you. Took me two tries...
