They told us it would have a great map, great music, great cops, great characters, great story, great online but in reality it is none of the those, it is a terrible game with many problems and I might consider selling my copy.

Rockstar didn't lie to us, the problem here is that people expected this game to be a lot like San Andreas. San Andreas its a good game itself, I mean who doesn't want 3 Cities and a lot of activies?

 

But at the end of the f*cking day you saw how bland people was, how much bugs there were like Pedestrians jumping off buildings by accident, even Cops would lick your ass and were underpowered aswell.

 

And even a half of people never played those f*cking activies that nobody cared about or knew about, the REASON why people still play that game is because of MODS, apart from that there is nothing else worth on that one.

I like GTA IV because it's Liberty City, it gives you the Liberty to do what ever you want.

Am I missing something? How does that video show the cops are bugged? It seems to be working fine, that's what happens when your eluding them at only 2 stars. I know the last clip is at 5 stars, is it the fact that cops aren't spawning out of thin air ramming the hell out of you? To a point they do, but not to where it's ridiculous...

 

To me, the cops are very realistic. They do a goob job at constantly keeping you on their radar, especially at 3+ stars, which is their purpose..

 

The fact that they saw him through the buildings shows that the system is BUGGED.

 

Also, I agree that the cop system is total realistic, man. I like how Rockstar captured the cop's special ability to see through walls. It reminded me of how real cops are... You know what else is realistic about them? The fact that they shoot you to death just for standing near them. It happens ever day in the real world.

Actually, I don't think GTA V is perfect nor deserves perfect scores, I'm still allowed to enjoy it though aren't I? And CoD is way worse imo, they've barely improved the mechanics and engine since CoD4 (which came out in 2007). At least GTA V attempted to update various mechanics in some form. About lies in trailers/preview... I really don't see them. I've read many times that R* "lied", so there is someone here that can do a summary of ACTUAL lies made by R* in trailers or preview, or at least what you think is a lie? I don't see anything, but I didn't follow all the previews. Bring real articles and videos, not "I read somewhere that...".

 

BUT this doesn't mean that there are no "lies". The game is made to let you think that the world is bigger than it looks, making the character performing actions that you can NEVER do, or making them walk outside places that have NO ACTUAL DOORS in free roaming. I was kicked out of the Casino for gambling with Trevor, a casino that isn't even open (there's a "Coming soon" outside the door). Not talking about all those interiors or actions that are possible just for one mission. It's annoying, but those "lies" are here since GTA III at least. R* should have improved, but this isn't a new issues

Ok so chevy releases a new corvette and market all over the place saying its 1000hp and 0-60 in 1.8 seconds (hypathetical but google lingenfelter corvette) but when it comes out it only has 500hp and 0-60 in 4 seconds. But then it would be the consumers fault for being dissapointed in it because its only what all the advertisments said.

 

Im sure that would go over well in the automotive community.
