Again thank you. Found one driving out towards Simeon's garage, on the main highway, right after the highway banks 90 degrees to the left.

Yea some days I see them by the LSC down to the docks on that stretch. It's like we gotta catch the right spawn times to find certain cars we want. I haven't seen any Banshee's in awhile.

i'm not sure if ya have to have any specific car to get the Phoenix to spawn in the area I was talking about. I just know i've seen them in that area before. Plus the Vigero is 1 that I hardly see spawning lately.

I was driving my other muscle car at the time when it spawned... I think the declasse Sabre.

 

The pheonix spawned the first time I went out there looking for it. Guess I got lucky... Rat Loader spawned first time I looked for it too.

Guys these are easily obtainable during the no hay bronca mission. The gang leader will escape in one, once he gets out just get in and kill him.
