I'd be fine with this if it didn't mean their vehicle was taken away permanently. Otherwise, you'd never see any modded cars out in public lobby. You'd also have friends selling each other's vehicle at 50k a pop.

but...but...no one would drive their car in open lobbies. theyd just jack npc cars until they found someone's PV, then sell it. No bueno
