Why Police Cars In Your Garage?

I know they are rare but you can't add bullet proof tires or upgrade their performance.

 

Wouldn't it make sense to just get a civilian Buffalo and add mods rather than the FIB Buffalo?

I just have the sheriff SUV, simply because you don't have to glitch to keep it. But I plan to sell it, waste of a spot.

Because they look nice and can make a "whoop whoop" and a "weeeeeo weeeeeo" and a "weo weo weo weo" sound lol. I don't own one right now, but I did in the past.

 

I wish European police cars were cooler.

Get the sheriff SUV from sandy shores/hookies area when you get 4 stars, don't have to glitch it in.

Eh, punching peds is more fun than punching buttons. Plus, they show up with the sirens already going!

-collectors choice,any vehicle in any GTA can be a holy grail to any individual.

-roleplaying with a couple other friends who have cop cars and play cops and crooks/robbers.

-i dont think you can punch someone and have an unmarked police or police buffalo go after you(online)

 

and besides,ive been storing law enforcements since back then as im sure plenty other people too:FBI cheetah FBI rancher(vice city) kuruma fbi(gtaIII) and a few others

Yeah, I had police cars before and I thought about how worthless they are because you can't upgrade their performance. The sherrif suv sucks ass. You can get an SUV just like that in missions and upgrade performance, the only difference is that it won't be a cop car.

 

The swat van was cool though, I had it for a while but was turned off from it because it was too slow. So I removed it from my garage. The Entity XF serves as my bulletproof car.

 

People want to own cop cars just to attract attention, I believe.

I keep a bunch of police cars just because I like police cars, and it's fun chasing people down I'm them with my friends.. I like being able to call up my mechanic to repair/deliver it to me rather than having to wait for the police to arrive and have to evade a 3 star wanted level so you can end up with a busted up police cruiser lol

I love the bulletproof police transporter it's as bullet proof tires but I wish I can mod it so I can make it faster and add bulletprof tires

I mainly use the Unmarked Cruisers. Yeah no bullet tires or armor sucks but it's one sweet ride. Plus you can't beat having traffic move out of your way while speeding down the highway.

Another nice thing about the sheriff suv is the $0 deductible. Great for chaotic servers because you can respawn it over and over for free. And you can have bullet proof tires on it.

How the hell did you guys change colors, tires, etc. on the police cars? Hacks?

I never see anyone drive them lol. They usually just invite us to show them in their garage. I think its more for the show offy type of folks, not drivers.

Use a cop car on a road and turn on the lights... makes those dumb drivers move to the side. Helps sometimes, mostly on the freeway.

for me the lure would be the flashy lights and the advantage that they give (making civies move out of the way is really useful).

 

 

The downside of being un-upgradable and not normally storable is the only reason i didnt have one of those cop cars as my primary from the start.
