I had never made much money yet, but now have the $500,000 we all got.

 

I finally bought a 1 bedroom apt, but noticed it had no 'heist room'.

How is this going to work out with my crew? Will someone else have to have one for us to do them?

 

I wish I had known it had no room.

Yeah you need a room to do the heists. I'm assuming if I was hosting a heist at my apartment you'd be able to join though but I don't know that for sure.

OP you need a $200k or up apt to get the heist room. If you upgrade you will get half the value of your current apt back.

You pretty much need to buy one of the places priced above 200k to get the 'heist' room. Basically, if it has 10 slots for vehicles, it'll have a heist room. Beyond that, we just have to wait until heists are released to see how they actually work.

 

If you bought a pad without a 'heist' room, I'd wait for heists to be released, just to make sure that's all you need to make 'em work. On the plus side, you get a bit of a trade-in discount when you move!
