The lawn mower does not spawn in Online. If someone modded one in, then it could be duped the same way the Space Docker can. I just don't think there's as much demand for it considering how slow and useless of a vehicle it is, besides a few laughs.

Usually its on the golf course right at dusk. I would just ride around on a golf cart until it spawned.

I saw a youtube video on this yesterday. Glad to see some people here trying to breed stupidity. It does spawn in Online at the golf course. It spawns 90% of the time right around hole 1 at 8:00 PM in game time. The vid says if its not there, just reload and try again. Thanks for researching your answers guys!

Bulldozer is fun. You can flip vehicles and carry other players in the shovel and drop them from cliff edges.

Can I have a link to this video please? All the videos I've seen have been recorded in Single Player. Even if the video says Multiplayer/Online, they are always finding the lawn mower in Single Player. If anything, those videos are breeding the stupidity due to their desire for views and subs (and the morons falling for it). The only way to drive the lawn mower Online is to use it in a race, after which you cannot keep it.

 

I have seen zero videos showing the lawn mower spawn in Online, nor have my crew or I ever found one at the time it is suppose to spawn (and we've looked a dozen separate times). That's why I say it does not spawn Online. I challenge you to prove me wrong.

 

Edit: Also, what do you mean by "reload" and try again? All lobbies are synced with the same time and weather. If you miss the time when it is suppose to spawn, you cannot "reload" and try again. This would only work in Single Player...
