Would like a Dinka Blista but cant find any on internet

They spawn everywhere especially around the main Los Santos Customs, if you can't find one in ten minutes, join another server and it will reset the spawn, the Blista is part of the main core online spawns, so by rejoining you should get it if you can't find one in the server you're in. More of them are on the road than parked. Look around streets rather than the main roads. I see the most on the approach to the massive shopping mall underpass, which leads to LSC. Coming from the east.

So looking at that, the main Los Santos Customs, next to it you have the clothing store symbol, look around those streets and you should find them, directly to the east of the big shopping Plaza.
