Best sports car to get?

So I just received my stimulus package and I am wondering what to spend it on. I already got a nice apartment with a 10 car garage. I already have my free Elegy which I upgraded somewhat, but I want a sports car that will win me some races. So probably the one with the best handling and acceleration. I was thinking on getting a Carbonizzare. What do you guys think? I have about $400,000 or so.

Save up, get a supercar.

Elegy, when upgraded, is still excellent. Why would you have more than one sports car? It's up to you though, if you like the look of the Carbonizzare, go for it. You can sell it or get something else later, the game, as far as I know, isn't going anywhere.

supercar wont help you win races in the sports category though.....

 

tbh id stick with your elegy mate. the rest of the sports cars dont meet the grade for me and the money your saving in purchasing a car, you can pump into mods.... my fully moded elegy wipes the floor in most races... and looks the shizz with the right paintwork...

 

Not that i know what im talking about when it comes to racing tips or anything...

Sports cars are cheap. Get the one you think looks the best. I personally like the Feltzer, so I bought it and suped it up and use that in Sports races. Some would say the Feltzer isn't the best of the best, but I do just fine save for a last turn PIT maneuver screwing me over.

I think the Adder is worth grinding a few days for, but your mileage may vary.

 

It's pretty cool being able to keep ahead of fools chasing you.
