If I wanted to say change to either the 391 grand apartment or the one with the 10 car garage that costs 200+ grand would I lose the original 400 grand I paid? Basically what I'm asking is will I be refunded the 400 grand I originally spent (sort of like selling the apartment) or will I need to spend all my money again and lose my original 400 grand?
