The non-existent apartment out in Paleto Bay...that should be there.

 

I mean look at Paleto Bay...every store/shop (except mask shop) is there in such a small area and even a heist bank is there (from SP anyway)..tons of apartment buildings out there yet we can't buy one. smh

 

Very close to the Military base so easy access to Lazers for vigilantes wanting to clean the streets of filthy tank griefers.

 

Only thing buyable out there are two..two car garages. smh

The 200k apartment with a 10-car garage. It also has a 205k variant, making the two the cheapest 10-car garage apartments available.

 

There is absolutely no beautiful view whatsoever. Your view is basically buildings, an alleyway, and the street.

If that happened, get ready for the new apocalypse area. And anytime you try to get a helicopter, you'd just get sniped from the roof of Weazle. Though, I would really like for some of these buildings to have doors that transport you to the roof.

400k apartments function exactly the same as the 200k ones, only the view and location are different

I prefer Alta as it's near Mors mutual and closest to the impound. It also has an ammunition a block away.

 

Downside is that now everyone seems to have it

I was at weazel 101 and moved to del perro heights 205k. The only thing I wud say I don't like is every time I take my sandkings out the roof and windscreen get busted.

I now reside at Weasel.....top floor, why i choose the top floor is beyond me.....the views don't mean anything to me

I have also lived in the 400k apt(forgot its name) Richards Majestic, Tinsel Towers, .and where ever the cheapest one is (205k)

Off these locations I like Weasel better because of access in and out of the garage area (3 routes in counting the steps)

 

as far as distance to LSC and Ammu-Nation, RM and Weasel are pretty much equal

 

Tinsel is a little closer to LSC but not much

 

The 400k apt building wasnt for me as grievers wanted to stay parked outside with tanks, and the same started happening at Tinsel so i moved to RM then later Weasel.....I like Rm's location but the entrance was often blocked by NPC Cars and and grievers could sometimes be a problem

 

I hated the location of the 200k Apt garage.......i had a hell of a time finding the garage door..but i owned it early on....i did hate that vehicles like the sandking or other tall vehicle rubbed the door as i pulled out

 

If you like keeping a garage slot open for car sales, RM or Weasel is better, as it seems to me like Ballers are always spawing close by

I personally like Del Perro (the 205k one).

 

Pro: front and rear entrances, 2 blocks from two variety store, 1 block from ammunation, can view campers from the windows.

 

Con: far from LSC and Simeons export garage, tall vehicles get scraped
