Actual fastest sports car?

Double clutchers opinions are going to be very different. I can beat super cars with a good double clutchable sports car like the banshee or massacro for example. Double clutched massacro will over take the 2 newest supers on the airport runway. So yeah.....

OT: I used to be a disciple of the RH8 until one day I just didn't want to drive it out of my garage anymore. I've just had enough of it. I tested both Massacro RC and Jester RC and liked the latter more, even though I'm really into RWD cars. But in this case I just preferred the Jester RC, mainly because of traction and acceleration. (IIRC the Jester RC has the best acceleration in the sports class when fully modded, but correct me if I'm wrong.)

From the code, the Carbonizzare and Jester have the highest top speed at 158, but their drag is the highest as well. The Carbo also has the highest upshift rate, so technically that should be the fastest sports car. However, speed isnt the end game.

This thread is still going? You mean what is the quickest sports car around a track? Well that would be the Elegy RH8 or Jester Racecar. The fastest in terms of top speed would be the Massacro and Massacro Racecar.

The elegy is an absolute king wherever there are lots of high-speed turns,but its brakes are too bad for efficient sharp-and hair-pin turns,the massacro racecar is also one of the fastest,and has a top speed thats about the same as a zentorno,the jesters RCs top speed is just a little bit lower than the massacro RCs,you could always check broughys vids though

Yea, let's be clear, most decent drivers can beat public lobbies 99% of the time in a car much slower than the best in class.

 

As for drag racing, it shouldn't even be called racing, as it is the most basic infant form.

 

I'd like to see someone race a massacro around a track against a T20 with skill being roughly equal that T20 will win 100% of the time.

Eh. broughy can tell you what car is fastest for him, not you. Raw numbers and lap times are kind of meaningless. The average player is not likely to duplicate his results. My advice is to get some of your car enthusiast friends together and drive their cars to determine which ones suit you and your driving style more.

The Massacro and Elegy are both beasts, I generally see them dominating sports races. Personally like the way the Massacro drives more than the Elegy.

For me, it's the Surano. I feel like me and the car's driving style just click. It's too bad I had to get rid of it when the new DLC cars came out.

According to the stats the Jester Race Car should be the fastest as it has equal top speed with the carbonizarre but lower drag, whilst the Massacro Race car has lower top speed and worse drag it does have more engine force meaning in your typical race it will likely beat the jester and carbo as it will reach its top speed faster.

 

On a standard track the Elegy will beat the jester rc because it takes corners better but the difference between the 2 cars is very small, if you wanted 1 good all round sports car the jester race car would be an excellent choice.

Now I don't have to post handling data since his spreadsheet is enough.

The ultimate spreadsheet as he said and I would like to improve it by finding out the values that spoilers increase to traction and braking.
