The Beach Bum pack is just going to add pedestrians around the beaches in masses... nothing more

 

Heists will be the same as Store Robbing. In fact it'll be in the same stores! There will be a safe that spawns in the back room you put C4 or shotgun to... So it's just a robbery with an armored truck component.... Expect between 2k~5k

December 2016, but thats only the beach bum pack, Heists will come out December 2018, but thats only half of the update, the full heists update will come October 2020.

but if you really want the full experience of heists you have to pay 19.99 for the ultimate heists bundle (which just include.... nothing but heists)
