My guess is around the PS4 launch. R* has a history of timing their sh*t next to game releases or announcements, a recent example was the stimulus money and the new COD game.

Heists will be the same as Store Robbing. In fact it'll be in the same stores! There will be a safe that spawns in the back room you put C4 or shotgun to... So it's just a robbery with an armored truck component.... Expect between 2k~5k
