grass roots & more stranger missions

When do the two grass roots appear franklins grass roots and grass roots smoke something? Franklins exercise mission? I have unlocked spaceship parts and parachuting. what else I got to do to unlock the grass roots and exercise missions? Ok I feel silly the grass roots ones are the barry er berry marked ones on the map. However franklins exercise demons one I don't know yet. These are required towards 100%
