Money lost after $500k gift

Are there extra costs when buying apartments or something Im missing? As I got the $500k gift and it seems like when I swapped houses, all the money vanished?

 

Had $520,000k (approx)

 

Bought:

 

3 Atla St, Apt 57 - Downtown Los Santos, Los Santos ($223,000, ten cars)

Inverto Coquette $138,000

 

Swapped to:

 

Del Perro Heights, Apt 20 - Del Perro, Los Santos ($205,000, ten cars)

 

Left with $55k?

You don't get full price back for your old apartment, you only get around 50% return on them.

lets jsut got off the 500k R* gave you....

 

500 (balance) - 223k (alt street) = 277

277 (balance) - 138 (car) = 139

 

move to del perro get 50% of alta screet back

 

139 (balance) + 111.5 (half of alta) = 250.5

 

deduct cost of del perro

 

250.5 (balance) - 205 (del perro) = 50.5K

Ah lol, ok. I was playing from far away tv and didn't see it say any of that when I swapped house.
