It used to happen a lot less, but now it just seems to be the norm.

 

Why do people you've just be in a co-op mission with just gun you down after the mission end? I understand if I have a Bounty on me, but at least let me bank my money first, then sure, I'll let you collect the Bounty, no problem.

 

Also, while on a rant, what is it with the idiots that drive straight in to the centre of a bunch of NPCs? By the time you manage to get out of the car, your vest is depleted and you have 50% HP. No wonder everyone wants to take their own car to any detinations (which then ends up fracturing the group's arrival times).

If you mean shooting you when you return to free mode, here's a tip, when the mission ends and the "choose your next mission/refresh/free mode" screen pops up, exit that screen (circle on PS3, you didn't say which console you're on) - instead of voting on another mission or joining free mode with the same players, who now know you're carrying cash.

 

Exiting this way takes you away from the players on the mission, to another session, usually alone on the map, so you can engage passive mode/hide/bank yer cash.

You shouldn't have a problem like that. That only applies to leaving a mission that is in progress. Besides, you'll get a warning to stop "leaving games" on the off chance that it doesn't work that way (which would be ridiculous).

Yea, that does suck. I just setup an ambush and shoot them in the face with an assault rifle when they pull up, then drive the car off a cliff.

 

Had four crew members on my azz the other night, pissed when I gunned down their guy 4x in a row when he tried to collect a bounty on my head. They come screaming up trying to run me over. I just ducked, popped up and blasted two in the car, easily dispatching both, and took it. I got away, then drove that bitch off a cliff.

You have to destroy much more than 1 PV to net yourself a bad sport lobby. Anyone who said they got bad sport for blowing up 1 car is lying. Speaking from experience.

Very true, I've blown up maybe 3 cars all together and still haven't been dunced. Of course it was only in self dFences and they were all 4 or so days apart.

Yeah i have blown a car or two up before. I don't go looking for trouble but if it finds me i sticky bomb it. I am more into playing missions and survival to make money than annoying people.

I've quit during the vote screen and not freeroamed for 140 levels. You don't become a bad sport for doing it. As well as keeping you away from other players (most of the time) it's also quicker because you don't have to wait for the voting to fill up.

You can quit freely from the lobby too.

 

I'm always puzzled when I see the freeroam vote filling up when I'm pretty sure those players don't want to meet each other afterwards.
