did we ever find out who programmed that where you enter a one on one and other freemode plyrs can see you but u dont see them on radar. sounds almost as smart as spawn 10 feet away from the guy who just killed you.

i just hate that other players CAN kill you

 

i just dont see how they drew up the plans for one-on-one DM in freemode (which is a good idea, actually) and over the course of 5 years, they settle on this:

 

- YOU can't see anybody else around you except for the one-one-one

- EVERY OTHER player can see AND kill you

My whole one-on-one experience consisted of getting ass blasted by a guy in a tank who was friends with the guy who challenged me. It didn't help that I spawned in basically the same spot every time.
