freezing & texture issues upon online log in

Does anyone else have it?

 

No scratches on my cd was just wondering if it was worth returning it and getting it replaced, only happens online story mode doesn't freeze so asking if anyone else freezes when they come from the clouds to your character and then textures take forever to appear

it might be your connection, usually when some lagger is in my lobby, it takes awhile for textures to load, especially when driving fast

At one point last night I had to brake because the map literally disappeared.

i sunk into unloaded textures before getting smacked by the jetsons
