Why do people show their worst side in GTAO?

I hear people say the worst things in some games... (why, oh WHY do I hear 10 year olds playing this game?! Some parents need some spanking...)

 

If you play the game to vent off, don't you have enough with exploding/shooting/rolling on NPC's that you have to yell everyone to hell on top of it all?

 

I've read quite a few threads about the bad community in here but really, what are the reasons behind it all?

Just a phenomenon caused by the anonymity the internet provides. None of these people would actually do this in IRL to real people, but to someone they'll never see, it's easy.
