Has anyone found the rancher yet? If so where or like in what general area

I saw 20+ Ranchers the other night. Drive around in a van down by Simeon's export garage and they should show up. I find them there and generally in the whole southeast corner of the map on my way to drop off exports.

I saw ONE Rancher. Down on the highway by the place Dwayne's cousin worked (Terminal).

I've found a few up in the area behind Vinewood Hills, near the place where you find the Asea in SP.

the rancher is the 80s suburban style vehicle right? i see them quite often near the docks if i'm driving one of my muscle cars.
