Get the Weazel plaza apt101 comes with a 10 car garage and barely anybody has it. It's like 390k or something like that. You'll have enough for a good vehicle also.

200k+ apt. By weasel plaza and a car. (Vacca maybe) 240k for that supercar is money well spent

get the 335k apartment at weazel its the 101. then get a bullet since its cheap and has a bullet proof rear window.

It's a really good apartment, great view, looks nice, driveway is nice. And nobody will be outside your doorstep ready to kill you. Apt 101 all the way

Apartment will pay for itself many times over. I wouldn't even use the rest if the cash on a super but use it for upgrades on other cars

Cheapest apartment with a 10 car garage. ~260K? No advantage to the 400K+ ones except location and view.

Save the rest for a car (or buy one if you don't want an Adder/Entity).

 

Make sure to leave some money in the bank for any car insurance claims.

Split the difference and buy the $150K garage at 0120 Murrieta Heights? It's the same 10 car garage as in the luxury apartments and it's walking distance to Ammunation and LSC (like a 30 second run). I had it for a while and really enjoyed the location. If only it had a television I would totally stay there..

Does not have the planning room you're likely to need for heists etc.

Better to spend the 260 and get an apartment with everything you'll need/want.

Apartment, hands down. You can always steal a car until you can afford one.

You can't steal an apartment.

An apartment = Safe house from cops and other players AND a garage to store any cars you steal. Mod stolen cars you like little by little.

Well, I've been wondering about that and since nobody really knows for sure I'll throw this out there. The ammunation outlets that have firing ranges also have a whiteboard with seats. Could be a place for poor players or those without apartments to devise heists.... Maybe that's a stretch but it's possible... ?
