GTA freezing after latest update.

Only on 30 mins and it freezing.. This has never happened before on any game, but already 3 or 4 times since last update on gta5.

 

Anyone else getting this problem?

No freezing for me...i did have a problem with not being able to hang up my phone after requesting a mission...rendering my phone useless...on the upside I've had nothing but armoured trucks all night tonight...they would spawn immediately after the previous one while the cops were still on me...it was like Christmas lol

Same here. Freezes on loading screens, etc now

I was getting a couple random freezes before the patch.

 

Now its just more jittery, acts like its going to freeze for half a sec or so, then keeps on. It stops my controls of ly character on the jitters now.

Ive been freezing as well. I just wrote it off as my xbox being on to long. Good to know that's not the case. I froze once when viewing characters on the tv in my apartment and again when trying to drive around the city. Never had this happen before the update.

Yeah, after getting to spend my stimulus package, I got frozen at my avatar getting out of her car in the garage. I think because they are rolling out these payments, which kick you off the sessions you're on, they might be to blame, as well as the added "feature" to allow this to happen.

Hopefully before too long the game might stabilize or at least get a hot fix to help smooth things post stimulus.

yeah, strange things are afoot at the circle k. game hung while trying to change TV channel, the people of Blaine have decided that the airstrip is actually a road and then there was the impound incident.

 

went to get a car back from cops and my Schyster (1st car i got in game) had turned into a Maibatsu. lost the cops came back to where the MAP indicated my car was but there was nothing there? reloaded game and got it back from Mori.

 

thanks Mori for not making a drama into a crisis.
