But does any one know what a mugger is? This guy sent a mugger after me and mercenaries and I'm curious on how you send a mugger works and when it unlocks. It's some ninja looking guy with a knife in his hand. He took like 3 head shots to kill him. Anybody?

It's a level 50 or so(?) perk from Lester or someone.

Its from Lamar at lvl 50 you can send muggers after people and they can steal up to 2 grand cash.. of course the person has to have money in cash not in the bank.

It's only useful as a novelty though really.

 

You have to kill the mugger to get the money off of him, and most of the time the person who you mugged just kills the mugger first and gets the money back.

 

I enjoy just sending it on randoms and watching from the safety of my apartment.

It's not worth it. Once they get the money from whomever you send them to attack, you have to chase the mugger down and get the money from him. Pointless..

this is true, but if the mugger gets them while they are in their car the mugger will drive off with it.

 

if its a tank, the mugger will even use the cannon.

There's a trophy though for killing the mugger after they've robbed you. If trophy hunting is your thing.
