For instance all 2 car garage appartments are the same...all 6 car garage apps are the same etc. Only difference is the view from the high end 10 car garage appartments. FWIW i checked all appartments online before buying mine and decided the 240k richards majestic was the best. Great view and very close to LCC and ammunation as well as clothes and hairdresser shops. Yes because common sense tells us that we should need a guide for something as simple as buying apartments in an online game. The very fact that it needs a guide is ridiculous. The $400,000 should clearly have some advantage over a $200,000 one. Someone who already knows GTA:O decides not to give the player the value for their money might look to a guide first, but otherwise why would they? I only looked into whether there was a difference between the $391,000 and the $400,000 because I thought for sure the top floor would cost the most. When I found they were exactly the same I bought the cheaper one. Unfortunately the information I found didn't say "Oh and there's this 200,000 one that's just like them as well." or I would have gotten that. Having only apartments in the exact same square mile of the game, in an Online mode focused on making money and buying some nice shinny sh*t, you'd think they'd have put more effort into it. Because right now, some people are paying 400k to have the same penthouse I have ( that cost me 223k ). The difference ? Well they have a view of Downtown LS and the beach while I don't. If you do the quick math, that's 177 000$ for a view. A view from your apartment, where people will say '' Oh sh*t, nice view you got there, pal. '' and never speak of again. Great investment.
