Just Got $500001 from R*(pics)

Its Nov. 6, 2013 at 4:20, and I just got $500,001 gta$ added to my account by Rockstar. and here is the proof:

I didn't get the phone out fast enough to take the pic while it was on to of the map on the bottom left corner, like all notifications.

 

Anyone have any Idea why, the stimulus was supposed to be 2 $250k payments?
