why do jerks in tanks kill other players in gta o?

Well... I don't think people buy tanks to be nice. It would be weird if a tank went by you without shooting honestly.

I only kill people in my tank if theyve killed me, tried killing me, or are after my bounty. Other than that, im 100% friendly.

People think driving your expensive car into my tank will get me put in bad sport. A good tank driver can run your car over just enough to disable it. If it does get blown up and I get bad sport I turn the game off. I don't go killing everyone though with my tank. Just people who attack me.

I have been attacked and spawn killed before by dudes in tanks so I know how it is. It's part of the game. Really if you want to take down a tank you need people to team up with you. Use grenade launchers and stickys.

This is clearly what everybody wants today. I never seen so much bitching about dying in a game . IT'S A TANK ppl what do u want them to do ?

Because the world of GTA is so conducive towards kindness. Honestly I'm surprised when people don't shoot at me. I mean isn't that why we all drive around with a full arsenal of guns and explosives? I guess you could only use them for missions and such but where's the fun in it if you can't get into a ruckus with a real human every now and then? If all I ever wanted to do was shoot up the AI characters in the game then I would just play single player all the time. Of course for cooperative play there are always missions, survival, and team deathmatch, ect. In the open game world though, anything goes (including tanks, jets, ect). If you want guaranteed peace just load up into an invite only server. Otherwise you just have to expect the unexpected and learn to deal with it.

When all you have is a hammer everything looks like a nail.

When all you have is a tank everything looks like target practice.

 

 

But seriously I quit lobbies most of the time when people bring tanks against me. Trying to blow up a tank whilst on foot is waaaay more trouble than it's worth and using your own tank to fight them risks earning tons of bad-sport points. Sniping tanks or fighting them with the Buzzard or the Lazer is pretty fun... but it doesn't really work if a tank is in your face, it'll only work if you see a tank going for other people.

Just kamikaze into them with an expensive car so they end up paying tens of thousands in insurance for your car. Not only that but they'll have a nice dunce cap to go along with it

 

 

you are just as much a jerk as the guy in the tank bad sport should be removed since half the players now abuse it by doing cheap crap like this. I say unless the tank cannon destroys the car it should not be bad sport if you run it over its their fault for getting in the way and they committed suicide
