When GTA V was out I didn't see a shelved copy (only display boxes) for about a week. They are trying to claim they beat GTA V, but Activisions figures are just from them selling to stores, not actual copies sold to customers. COD will continue to sell well because it provides the quick fix, switch-brain-off competetive action that many casual gamers enjoy and are ready for when Novembers rolls around. If Titanfall is good then I can see that really hitting COD's sales. Those guys are more talented than the ones currently making COD and Titanfall seems to be aimed squarely at COD's fans. Titanfall's lack of a single player campaign hilights how single-minded they are in capturing that market in a way Battlefield hasn't. It helps that the people behind it are mostly responsible for COD's current success and understand the formula behind it. I have previously enjoyed COD but I've had enough of it now and wont be buying Ghosts. I'm looking forward to Titanfall.
