Text messages after latest patch

Can anyone else send text messages to randoms after this latest patch? I cant.

 

Is it intended that i need to buy ignition bomb each time i log in or swtich servers, even if it does not blow up?

I can text and receive, prolly still server issues at rockstars side, yesterday merryweather refused to work for me. Had cloud save failed message today as well.

 

With regards to the ignition bomb, yes you will need to rebuy it in between sessions (and yes no refund and yes it sucks).

My phone doesn't work at all, I click on an app like internet, it goes to the internet then closes out before I can do anything, then i can't use the phone, and my minimap,health and etc are all gone.
