why the big hype on the 400k apartment, I bought it a while ago and it's a war zone, it's like Afghanistan in the middle if LA. I just downgraded to the Weazel Plaza, Apt 101 and it has a way better view and not many people live there. So every time you go to your apartment you won't have a guy sticky bombing your car or the drive way, or hiding behind a car shooting you when you come out. I suggest to those who want to spend your money on a nicer apartment, the Weazel plaza is nice and so are the others, just don't by the eclipse towers, you'll pay a lot of car insurance! Just a helpful tip

I got the 205k one (cant remember what its called sorry) with a 10 car garage.

 

I was wondering if you do downgrade (I have no use for my apt really I find it annoying spawning there so just spawn from last location anyway) if the property that you buy is cheaper than what you paid for the last one and cheaper than what they would knock off in total because of the trade in would you get some money back?

 

I.E I paid 200500 - trade in is roughly 50% so I get 100250 back but the one costs 90000 do you think id get the difference back?

Yeah you get the difference back, I saved like 200,000 downgrading, and it was def worth it.

well i mostly play in private sessions with friends so i don't experience to much chaos. but ya the 400k sucks, get the 391k

the view isn't even that great with the 400k one, I was expecting the best view of LS but I get a nice view of the city and the hills.

Im making the move later tonight. Im tired of all the shooting and gang wars around the building. Not to mention watching for white dots. The other night someone blew my car up as i was entering my garage. Which Apt has a simular view to the 391k apt at eclipse?

What? Why? You can get a cheaper for over 200k, now that rockstar sending stimulus packs. It's not really a big problem but you'll need 10 garages for heists.
