Country has nothing do to with it. When you first registered your character with GTA online your account will have been assigned a character ID or user ID (most of the time developers are the only people who need to see these)

 

Once rockstar issued the command to credit 500k to every players account it would of started working it's way through the database of users starting at the lowest ID first which would be the people who registered first, obviously when there is 10 million + players to get through the server cant issue the change to everybody's account at the same time so its most likely working at a rate of 1 million accounts per hour (maybe not even that much) so it could take 24 hours + to get everybody's accounts credited, I'm from UK and haven't been credited yet where as 100's of other UK players have already, this is because i didn't register until about 10 days after release so I'm not expecting to get mine anytime soon as ill be near the end of the list.

 

Not quite right. I made my character on October 1st and never lost it....still haven't got the 500k.

got mine in Florida, USA xbox 360. then my xbox froze about a minute after i got it. rebooting now. social club still shows i have the money though.

 

i got the $500,001.00

i just went back in and while the money is still in the account, the transaction disappeared from the transaction log on the bank. interesting.

It's not showing on my social club page though so don't use that to check.

Just got mine. $500,001. UK. Logged out about 20 mins ago, just logged back in and there it was.

Just wondering, wasn't it supposed to be delivered in 2 sets? 250k first and then the rest later on?

 

was supposed to but they were late on the payment, or they're happy with the latest update so we get it all at once.

-but not yet for me :)

My char lives in a 2 car barn. pos car and 230k in bank. Have no idea what I'm gonna spend the $ on

Thinking modest super car and modest apprt, then maybe a scope for the a.k

 

ahhh f*ck it, entity will look good in the barn.
