Oddly tho, My Franklin went 210 mph on a Vacca. I suspect his power messes with the stats tho since my other characters barely hit 150.

Got 203.8 with Franklin in a Rapid GT ( unmodded ) when I got the game.

 

Never got any faster, even though I have fully modded every other car i'v driven with him !!! Weird.

Bumping this thread because I finally beat my previous speed with Franklin.

 

I fully modded an Adder, then drove around the north-western area of the map.

I think his special ability makes a huge difference. I kept going in/out of his special ability. Seems to speed him up a lot more.
