Random Events Respawn Issues

I've been playing the game for around 90 hours now, I have 100% completed the game, and aside from a few of the random events, there is nothing left for me to do (in the main story).

 

The issue I am having is that a couple of the random events I have failed, half way through a couple of the random events I did something that cancelled out the event or I died.

 

I kept playing and doing other random events and just general fooling around. I am at the point now where I am trying to locate the remaining random events but no matter what I do they do not respawn.

 

I know which random events I am missing, the "Social Club Checklist" clearly shows which ones I need to complete. I also know where those events are located.

 

I've tried saving the game multiple times to progress the in game time a week or so, i've played countless hours of just messing around Los Santos, switching characters, dying multiple times, exiting and loading the game again. I've also tried different times of the day to get these events to spawn...

 

No matter what I do, these last few random events won't respawn.

 

Rockstar, could you please advise? I know I am not alone, when searching for answers there are many other sites with the same question.

I'm sure the fix is simple, but please patch this before you release any DLC.
