Help - Game has frozen

was playing online and going into lobby when it froze on me. i switched it off after a while and now when i load the game, it stays at the loading screen.

 

Anyone any ideas of what could have happened and how to fix it

probably some douche with a tow truck. happened to me earlier. i got frozen in the garage door after i drove out, saw some money on the ground so i walked to get it and tripped the garage entrence screen and sat looking at the garage door for 5 mins. when i tried to join a new room it would just hang. finally my xbox froze and i had to reboot. once i did that everything was fine. i even still had the $355 i picked up from the ground right before the freeze
