I just completed the trust no one tattoo, all thanks to the hotknife. just mod an ignition bomb into her, park her somewhere outside of a LSC and within 10 min you get a message " some ass hat blew themselves up trying to steal your whip" or something like that.

 

if people only knew how bad this car sucks when it is moving

I agree though. Its a great looking car, but horrible at doing anything besides going in a straight line.

I got fooled the other night. Someone was driving a Cheetah that looked identical to mine, paint, etc. I run out of an alley and jump in it without noticing my car's icon on the HUD.. and BOOM. Dead.

It's an absolute shame how bad the handling on this car is... Such an awesome looking 30's hot rod ruined by poor steering and poor steering traction.

 

For straight runs though, it's a beast in the muscle class!

I had to pay the insurance on mine. Other than that it works like any other insured car.

I thought us CE people only got it for free. Regular and Special edition owners can't even buy it online?

That kind of sucks, but at the same time the car kinda sucks so who really lost there?

You have to buy a new bomb each time, and if you do anything to despawn the car (i.e. enter apt, join a job, etc) you lose it and have to buy again. And you pay ins - I did end up getting 3 bad sport points cause people parked their personal cars next to it when they set the bomb off.

I have my hotknife fully modded and every time i pull it out i put a remote bomb on it, and set vehicle access to everyone. I spend about 100 grand a day on bombs and insurance, but the laugh is WELL worth it. I NEVER try to take another players car under any circumstances. I either take it from a NP or buy one.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I usually just cruise in it, occasionally hitting the throttle in a straight away. I let loose on highways.

you have to pay the INS - and if the idiot parked their insured PV next to it, you have to pay the INS for their car as well....

 

and in addition to that, you have to buy the bomb after every use - and if you do anything to reset your vehicle spawn (visit your garage/apt, join a job, etc) you lose it as well. - but with the Hot Knife it never sat longer then 20 min... usually I parked it in a spot that it would naturally spawn (between parking lines, near a door.) and then go out robbing stores and by the time I found a baller to sell off - the car had already done it's job.

 

 

on my first character I use too plant the bombs in my Sultan RS and leave it parked blocking the lsc door, so people would have to get in to move it - but that killed alot more player cars then parking the hotknife out of the way.

I took it for trip on the interstate outrunning cops last night, once it get's up to top speed, the handling is actually amazing - it does cut through traffic like a hot knife through butter - soon as you exit the freeway however, it's back to spinning doughnuts all the way down the street.

I chromed mine out just today to try this. Will test it tomorrow. It looks so f*cking badass in all chrome and chrome high end rims with the white custom tires. Shame it sucks at driving . I did try this with franklins buffalo though. Laughed my ass off when the guy had to get out to move my car from in front of lsc. Though blew his car up too and had to pay th insurance. Will park somewhere else next time.

Just as i land i hear an "AHHHHH f*ck" followed by a message my PV was destroyed. Didnt get an achievement & noticed my weapon wheel wasnt coming up. Going to try again tomorrow with a Baller.
