Strangers and Freaks stuck at 17/20?

Ok first, let me be very clear and say that I understand that not all S&F missions count towards 100%.

 

However, my S&F count is stuck at 17/20 and I'm absolutely positive I've done all of the 20 required missions on the checklist. I've collected all letter scraps. I've collected all spaceship parts. I've done all parachute jumps. etc etc etc.

 

All of them aren't supposed to be on the 'replay S&F mission' list, right? because for example missions like smoke-in, far out, and final frontier aren't on there, even though I've completed those. I have no idea what I'm missing and it's kinda driving me nutty.

 

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Nope sorry , but mine is stuck on 17/20 also , I have rang everyone in my phone with all char's , searched the internet with all char's and am totally stuck

ahhhhh thanks Spuds I figured it out! I thought I'd done all of the towing missions for Franklin since nothing else was showing up. But when I went and called Tonya on my own, she gave me the missions I needed to finish up the S&F.
