Memory Problem "not enough"

hey guys i have a problem in windows 7 standard embedded (or something like that) i was running windows 7 gt (grizzly)

but now windows 7 standard embedded (or something like that)

when i start gta iv and play for a while the game minimises and goes to desktop saying that the memory is not enough and i have to close gta iv to prevent losing data

 

but i dont have any other game than gta iv and my memory is 6 gb and in windows 7 grizzly i had splinter cell conviction and assassins creed 3 and assassins creed revelations and all the games that are titled "assassins creed" and just cause 2 etc

and i didnt change anything between win7 standard embedded and grizzly (both of them 6gb memory)

and after ignoring these messages for a while the game crashes itself i don't remmember what it says but help me i used the same things to make the game work (xliveless-patch 1.0.7.0-securom fake launcher coded by teh.kang4roo)
