Does jumping in deathmatches make you show up on radar?

I know when you are in stealth mode that you do not show up on the radar during deathmatches and TDMs. I think when you are simply jogging (not pressing X but just pressing forward on the analog stick), you don't show up on the radar unless you are really close to someone and you are within hearing distance of them (not sure though). I believe when you press X to run you show up on the radar no matter what (not sure though). But I have no idea about jumping. If I just press forward on the analog stick to move the character and jump forward repeatedly (for various reasons I may do this, you become a harder target to hit while jumping, etc), does this make you show up on the radar like pressing X does?

 

Still trying to figure this stuff out. Thanks a bunch.
