As Rockstar has stated, once they finish tweaking the current update that was released, you'll get your money. So it could be a couple days or week or two. Just be patient, you'll know when it's coming out.

you'll blow it all on a tank, then someone will steal it, and you'll be back here soon after bitching about that demanding rockstar for a refund.
