Let Me Chrome Out My Rims!

Black car on black rims just doesn't look as clean as black sitting on chrome. If you went to a real car coustom shop in your state,city or town you would see 90% of what they sell is chrome wheels. Even coustom shops on the internet uses chrome rims as number one sellers, google it and see. Don't no one in real life go "grab some new alloy rims". Where I'm from rims are called shoes, and chrome is the foamposites of wheels!

lol all the noobs thinking 20s are big and that chrome wheels is absurd on cars. Considering a lot of cars come stock 18-20 along with chrome anymore, it isn't anything special. But I must admit that chrome wheels will look best on some cars.

This is the only part I care about. They put pink, blue, all kinds of stupid-ass wheel colors in the game yet we can't pick chrome which has always, and will always look good on wheels. However, 20+ inch wheels with tires that only have a 2" sidewall are retarded. Go back to Compton with that sh*t.

At least pickup trucks with lifts and mud tires serve a purpose. You can actually put those mods to use, it's not just cosmetic (unless you just feel like wasting money on it and get it for looks). On the other hand, a Caprice with a 4" lift and 20+ wheels is utterly useless. Just because it's 'cool' in ratholes like Camden, Chicago, or Compton doesn't mean it's cool all over the country.

If you'd read my first post, I said chrome was fine...I'd actually prefer it to stupid blue or purple wheels, but the 20+ inch wheels are dumb looking.

Should have been included as a wheel option in the game for sure, especially since it's already a car color. I had a car the other day I wanted to do chrome wheels on and was disappointed to find it wasn't an option.

 

To me black wheels on a car often make it look cheap since they often end up looking like the basic wheels you get on a cheap car. Sometimes it works but more often than not it doesn't look very good.

Exactly. The real bummer is that on more than 1 vehicle, the stock wheels are chrome (like the rebel) but if you change from the stock wheels, chrome isn't an option even if you buy $20k wheels.
