Coming back from having out with Lamar and Franklin, I see a stolen wallet blip appear near the "U" in strawberry.

 

I run over to it, but then, I see the Police Charger, so I'm like contemplating how to steal it and then, the bloody bastard that stole the wallet runs me over in his car, prompting the CHARGER to pursue him.

 

I jump in my car and follow, finally the guy gets boxed in, the cops shoot him, I collect the $500 and steal the Charger.

 

 

So fun!

 

 

BTW, Wednesday between 02:00-03:00 was when it spawned there.
