Super car worth the money?

So I am debating spending the extra 500k on the XF. But from what I can tell, and what races I have done....even with catchup off It seems like a fully modded super car isnt that much faster than a stock one...that you can use for free in races anyway.

 

so people that have fully upgraded your super...was it worth it?

 

I wont use it for running around on missions and such, I mostly race. And that 500k could be used for many different things...just looking for opinions on if its worth the money.

 

for a non-glitcher that is.

It's most definitely worth it I upgraded my Entity the all the way and I leave stock cars in the dust.

The Entity is awesome, the way it's shaped at the makes it almost impossible to get hit in head through the back window.

I've tested it against several, and a fully modded car always beats a non-modded one, barring any ramming/catchup/etc.

if you mostly do races then i'd say yes.. otherwise you'll always have a disadvantage as there are always people with fully modded cars in the super class races..

 

personally i play freeroam most of the time, i don't want one because there are many other cars i like better.. not to fond of the supercars.. if sometime we can buy a second garage it will be the first thing i buy for races tho.

Adder - not really, but I have enough money and I like my Adder

I was in a race with one on down the drain that was modded. Not sure how far but I had the stock one and had no problem keeping up with catchup off. I guess slipstream may just work that well. I just didn't think it seems THAT mich faster. And being that I only have 200k saved up I just wanted to make sure it was worth saving the extra and blowing all my stimulus on

I bought a Vacca last weekend and fully upgraded all engine parts and turbo along with suspension and I was beating Entity's and Adder's last night hand over fist. I even got a Fastest lap on Criminal Records against a modded Adder. Not sure how much he had customized but he had blue tire smoke so if he wasted that much money on that, why would he not have upgraded the engine.

Trust me, a modded Super will walk on non modded.

Entity - For races and does pretty damn good off-road too

 

Voltic - Best bang for the buck IMO. I ended up replacing my Carbonizzare and Corquette with this... couldn't be happier.. Feltzer is now my racing Sports car

Enitity: Best for street races and cornering

 

Adder: Best for long runs where top end is needed, will leave all other cars in the dust. Much more stable at top speed when compared to Entity at top speed.

 

Vehicle mods affect only acceleration, not the top speed of the car.

The Entity is a great car, but it's so expensive I'd have to say it may not be quite worth the money unless you find yourself with too much cash on hand and no idea what to spend it on.
The Adder is a pretty good car, but I think even less worth the money.

The Voltic is pretty awesome, but it's got a problem with the front bumper denting and then catching every bump in the road, flipping the car. I was going to buy one until I tried it in a few races--it'd be paying for frustration.

I've never cared for the Vacca. It looks alright, but the way it drives is kind of annoying. It seems to hug the road very well, but have the turning radius of a bus.

It's been a long time since I've driven a Cheetah, but I remember enjoying it.

The Infernus is beautiful and worth every cent. Not only is it, in my opinion, one of the best--it's also pretty inexpensive for a supercar. The handling is nice and loose like a muscle car only with enough grip for its speed. I steal one every chance I get.

I finally got the Entity this week, its great , but in all honestly I think my fully upgraded Akuma and Zion Cabrio are as fast and much better handling! .

I'm getting the Vacca. I'll have a disadvantage on the races that don't have alot of turns, but that car is sexy and not too pricey. Gotta have a racecar in all the major classes. Sports is taken care of and so is offroad. Super is next
