GTA_stu
What's the context here? You mean to eat? To eat: Plain old dairy milk. To carry in my pocket as a weapon: Bounty, because of the ability to use it a a nunchuk. Killerdude and StormerBoy

DEALUX
Bounty Probably my favorite. Chocolate is so sweet for me that I can't eat a lot of it. with nuts This is really good too. I also ate mint cream chocolate once. It sounds like the kind of combination I wouldn't like, but it was really good. Kiffster
I don't really eat chocolate, but when I do, only dark. Usually Lindt (I particularly like the chilli or orange slabs. The dark chocolate mousse one is facking good too). I absolutely hate milk and white chocolate... Edited November 6, 2013 by Werebot85

JOSEPH X
I'm surprised British chocolate has even been mentioned. It contains vegetable transfats, and aside from the unpleasant feeling of it sticking to your palate (roof of the mouth) it also sticks to our arteries and is really bad for you. The continental consumers and manufacturers don't tolerate this abnormal kind of chocolate and even tried to get the EU to call British chocolate "vegelate". I did find a bar of Cadbury's in a discount store a few years ago though, that was made in Poland. It came in the old style wrapping from the 70's, with foil and paper. I looked on the ingredients and it contained no vegetable fat. I bought a few bars and it was delicious - it took me right back to my childhood, when chocolate was exacty that... chocolate! I googled "Poland Cadbury" and found an image of the traditional bar. I'm a chocoholic on a budget, so I'm always trawling the discount stores like B&M, Quality Save and the pound shops for cheap imports. The best chocolate comes out of Switzerland and you can pick up some bars you don't find in regular supermarkets like "Swiss" and "Cailler", but my favourite has to be "Lindt" and my favourite from Lindt has to be the gold bunny. The flavour must be improved by the way the melted chocolate is shaped in the mould. It's nice and thin, so you are doing more tasting than eating as it melts quicker in the mouth. And there's that satisfying echo of breaking chocolate as you snap the first bit off.
GTA_stu
Did you do a PhD on chocolate or something? Mad chocolate knowledge. I've been so ignorant. I always just assumed they picked it from chocolate trees. I've had one of those bunnies before, they are very nice. The ribbon tastes like sh*t though, when it came out the rear end I thought it was some kind of tape worm.
Moonshield
I don't eat chocolate much, and never sh*tty candy bars with gross ass vegetable oils added in, but my favorite would be dark chocolate with chiles.
DEALUX
On second thought, I think I also prefer dark chocolate over any other type of chocolate. I don't eat that as often as other kinds (mainly because I rarely ever buy chocolate), but the taste is more distinct compared to the generic taste of most candy bars and stuff like that. Kiffster
Can't believe how many people like dark chocolate! I don't really have a sweet tooth, and dark chocolate is not that sweet. I like the bitter taste. Nothing beats a good quality dark chocolate imo (like Lindt).
Smith John
Dark chocolate? I remember being in Sweden for a wedding a few years back, and stuffing my face with these: Absolutely delicious, and highly recommended. You can pick them up at your local Ikea if anyone's interested.
