just wondering if there is some way to do it? I've seen people with chrome coloured unmarked cars etc? how do they do this

Yes there is, you mod your sp car using horizon, then you do the glitch to get your sp character online which causes Michaels garage to come to, then you give the car to a friend, switch to your mp character, join Sesh and glitch it into your garage.
