Ah this is great news. Been waiting patiently for this for weeks. Managed to earn $310,000 but waiting for that bit extra for a Weazel Plaza apartment (though maybe a cheaper one depending on location). Have enjoyed biding my time and playing normally but must admit I can't wait to get an apartment and 10 car garage. Sucks not even having a garage all this time. Waiting might suck but it will certainly reinvigorate the game.

3 Alta street appartment 57 is located in a central location with a great view and plenty of stores nearby. It's a good pick, and you can already buy it.

They must be taking the stimulus cash from other people and redistributing it.

I logged off last night with 285k and logged in this morning with 250k.

After that, I found a tank and drove it into the sea only to find some fool glitched insurance onto it costing me another 20,000. I could use some stimulus money at this rate--spending 55,000 dollars in 15 minutes buying nothing at all.

Ah funny you should say that. I was looking into the Alta one yesterday after I saw some people talking about how it's location is really good along with being lower so you can see more street action.

Then I saw positive comments about Tinsel Towers and couldn't really decide Mad how we can obsess over where to live in a game.

I still find it hilarious that people actually refer to the money as "stimulus", just regurgitating a buzzword Rockstar decided to use to sound catchy. Sort of like when citizens repeat verbatim what a political candidate used in a speech and claiming it as their own opinion. And it amuses me that they chose to use the word "stimulus" in the first place, clearly a reference to the Economic Stimulus Package of 2009 that Obama peddled to America. You know, a place that actually has an economy. GTA Online does not have an economy. I repeat - There is no economy in GTA Online.

Well I'm gonna buy my first apartment, Tinkle Towers

Urine luck, mate - Tinsel Towers is the best apartment in the game. A Los Santos Customs is a 15 second drive away and the garage is easy to haul ass into when being chased. The only downside? - A lot of other people realized this, too, so sometimes I'll be in a session and have to wait for the 4 people who are hanging around their AND my apartment because they normally think I'm following them to kill them. I'm just like "I live here, too, c*nts".

Hoping the deposit happens on both the PS3 and Xbox 360. I play on both and assume it should but recently found out you only get one custom number plate if you play on both consoles and use the one social club account.
