Free Crew Emblem on Granger (civilian)

I just found out that the $25,000 Crew Emblem under Respray is FREE on the Granger, all models, I had previously owned the Sheriff Granger and it had Free Crew Emblem but you couldn't install it. So I hadn't seen this elsewhere and thought I'd go on and put it out there. :r*:

 

NEVERMIND the Crew Emblem option is FREE on every vehicle for me now, I dont know if it has to do with 1.05, rank, crew rank, or how many crew emblems Ive paid for(which is a LOT)? Has anyone noticed this?

I've had my crew emblem appear on cars for free. Dunno why, but it seems to have only started after 1.04.

now the are FREE on every vehicle, this is awesome.
